There are two options for printing ordered family tree:

1. PRINT IN LOCAL PRINTING SHOP – ask them if they can print in the size you need.
2. PRINT ONLINE WITH HOME DELIVER – choose one of the sites whose links I left below (or print with
some other online Printing site).

There are more options (poster prints, canvas print, foam print, framing, mugs, shirts…)
There are more sizes, choose one that you need.

I could recommend you which sites are most used of my customers. Visit it and use the one that looks the best for you:

Steps:
     – go to the site that you choose
     – upload your photo
     – if all looks good, proceed to checkout

You don’t have to wait up to a month, how long it should normally arrive to you from me. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR FAMILY TREE PRINT ON YOUR HOME ADDRESS IN A FEW DAYS.

May I call you to explain what I need about my family tree?

I communicate just via email. You can write me on my email address: Here you can see what clients said about their experience working with me (communication was via email).

If you’re not sure about something, I have questions to help you figure out what’s best for you. Then I’ll show you examples that might work for your family tree, so you can choose a style you like. From my experience, clients make a decision with a few emails exchanged.

How do I give you names for my family tree?

There are two ways, choose the one that is easier for you:
– Download the Excel from this page: https://familytreescreator.com/spreadsheet/ Add the names and send it on my email address: branka@familytreescreator.com.

– Share your Ancestry.com family tree with me. To share it, follow these steps:

log in to your Ancestry.com account
click share button (top right side)
choose “email” option
write my email address branka@familytreescreator.com, choose the role “guest” and check to see living people. Then send the invite. Video instruction see here: https://support.ancestry.com/s/article/Sharing-a-Family-Tree?language=en_US

I will use your family information ONLY for your family tree. It will not be shared in any way except with your consent.

When will I receive my family tree?

The processing time is about 10 days after I receive the information from you. You can contact me if you need it urgently and I will tell you if I can make it on time.

I am working with a DIGITAL FILES ONLY, so ordered file will be delivered to email that you provide me with your order. If you need help with how and where to print the file, you can find it on any item described in my shop.

Can I add multiple marriages and the children from each spouse?

How I can fill in a blank family tree template?

These family tree templates: https://familytreescreator.com/add-names-by-hand/ you can print and fill in by hand. Another way is add them on your computer, using text boxes in any of these software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Reader Pro, or any other program where you can upload a PDF file and add text boxes for the names.
